About Me

‘I have a strong track record of achieving positive, progressive outcomes with children of all ages and adults in a variety of circumstances. I have empathetic listening skills that result in trusted counselling relationships.’

I am an integrated psychotherapeutic counsellor and use a variety of models depending on the issues you might bring to therapy. This includes Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) - (a similar form of CBT using rational thoughts to look at thinking), Mindfulness, Psychodynamic Approaches, Person Centred Approach and the Gestalt Approach. My approaches vary depending on your needs. My counselling style is conversational and informative. My aim as a Psychotherapeutic counsellor is to provide you with a confidential opportunity to explore personal issues in safety. My role is to help you through this process without judgement nor telling you what to do.

I have a strong track record of achieving positive, progressive outcomes with children of all ages and adults in a variety of circumstances. I have empathetic listening skills that result in trusted counselling relationships.

I counsel individuals who are experiencing or have experienced anxiety, depression and stress as well as those who may be going through difficult life events such as adjustments to illness, changes in schooling, divorce and grief, bullying, self-harm, anger management and any other circumstances one may be struggling through.

The first consultation is free of charge and last half an hour. This will help me understand the context on which to base our future sessions. This will also allow you to determine whether or not I am the therapist who you wish to aid you through your progression.
